I have been to Massage Envy several times but my most recent visit was a nightmare. The "therapist" was abusive, ordering me to "breathe," not letting me relax at all. She jerked my body around as if she was angry at me. It was traumatizing. I've been getting massages for 27yrs and never in my life have I felt so humiliated. When she left the room, she virtually did a "Bye Felicia!" Horrible, horrible place. You should avoid "WitchHazel" at all costs!

Hazel is amazing/ IDK what the problem is of the person using ad homs for not finding a fit with someone. Therapists are like bras. You have to try a cpl on. Hazel fixed my neck when drs and chiro couldnt. 1 star reviews with personal insults shouldnt be taken seriously. Ive been going here for a cpl years now and have seen just about everyone there, and while I have faves Ive never had a bad massage. Ive seen some horrid cliets though in my lifetime. IDK what has occurred in other M Envys but they are privately owned and operated, and while I certainly hope the therapists who were guilty are put in jail. Dont take it out on all of them NOTHING inappropriate has ever happened at this Massage Envy. If you are comfortable in communicating your needs and wants you will have an easier time in anything.. Front desk staff is knowledgeable in which therapists might be good fits, but sometimes they can be wrong, its the nature of the industry. Im actually irritated now that someone (likely a young college student) calling an elder a witch. I hope they refuse to see you if thats how you treat their therapists.
