Great Customer Services!
I'm taking my car up to Hubler Nissan to get the recall done, for free, as it should be. Yeah, I'm going to have to drive an extra hour but at least this way I feel confident that I'm not going to be taken advantage of. Can't help but wonder how many times these people got paid for service that should have been free and then billed Nissan for the warranty money anyway.
Very rude sales group. When I said I didn't like the vehicle performance they treated me rudely. They made me run around to find my personal vehicle parked when took a test drive
This was my first purchase from Community Nissan. Overall experience was positive. Purchase price was competitive, about 12% lower than same vehicle in Indianapolis.
The sales and finance team were knowledgeable.
Absolutely will not ever use this place again! I have a Nissan that had a strut break which ended up being a recall. I called the service dept at Community on Monday and was told they couldn't get it in until Wednesday. I had my car my car towed there and for some reason the tow company did not leave my keys in the drop box. I received a call Wednesday afternoon from Community saying that they just got the keys to my car and since my car was scheduled for 8am it would be another day before they could work on it. When I requested to speak to the service manager and expressed my frustration with him, I was told that because they did not have my key they could not get in my car to determine if it was the correct car. I'm sorry but common sense would tell me that if I'm scheduled to work on a Nissan Versa and there is a Nissan Versa sitting outside my shop I'm going to call the customer to see where the keys are!!!! I work down the road and have a spare set that I could have dropped off or I could have called the tow guy and told him to get the keys there! Yes, the tow company should have dropped the keys off but someone could have contacted me too! I was assured that my car would be done by 5pm on Thursday though. Thursday rolls around and I receive a call from Community starting that my bearings had also broke and that they had to order the parts so my car would not be done until Friday...seriously? The strut broke in half! Of course the bearings are going to be bad! When I once again expressed my frustration and requested my rental car be paid for I was told Nissan does not reimburse for rentals so they would not cover it. This is a fix my husband could have done but since it was a recall we wanted dealer to fix it for free ended up costing us in rental though and was not worth frustration. Next time we will just fix it ourselves.
Called in to schedule a service that is a recall issue. Got a service person on the line who tried to tell me that the "recall" was a "warranty extension" and had expired. These people wanted to charge me over $1,000 to replace a faulty part that Nissan was going to reimburse them for anyway! Seriously? No thanks.
I would re visit this dealership on my next purchase.
