Bottom line, take your business elsewhere. Stahl's staff made it VERY clear that they do not need it.
The most agitating part of my visit here was their customer service, or rather lack thereof. I was quite literally the only customer in the store, there were a half dozen staff members there. It took them over 15 minutes to even acknowledge me. After bothering to ask if I needed help, they then proceeded to be rude and dismissive. They implied that I was too poor for their 'fine' home furnishings because I asked why their prices were so high (i.e. $1100 for a simple wine rack). They also suggested I shop somewhere more 'in my price range' - I was looking for a wine rack in the $600-$900 range, it's pretty sad if their prices are so inflated they couldn't find anything to offer me.
My husband and I bought a new mattress set from Stahl's. The customer service was beyond excellent (Charles). While the customer service was great we were very disappointed with how long it took to get it. We were told it would take 7-10 days and it took 2 weeks for us to get.
I had a very disappointing experience here. For starters, this store is obscenely overpriced. They have a 20-25% up-charge on all their offerings compared to other stores I browsed in Bloomington, it was kind of dumbfounding.
