We have been to Thompson’s 3-4x over the past couple of years. Every time we go in there the folks are friendly, knowledgeable and patient with my wife and I. They do the best they can to meet your needs and help you truly find what you’re looking for. Highly recommend!
On goodness, after looking on line and being prevented from getting "want LOOKED like" what I wanted- I went to Family- owned Thompson Furniture and got "what I KNEW FOR SURE"( because I could ask sales person questions & actually SIT on & FEEL the fabric)- I LOVED - with free delivery and assembly. I will never even dream of buying furniture and rugs from anyone but Thompsons. We chose American (Wisconsin) made quality sofa set, rug and bed frame/head & footboard and paid half of what I would have on line. Extraordinary prices- paid half the original price on everything we got! Chris helped us and arranged delivery for the next day! What a wonderful resource we have here in town!
After having our mattress for only 3 years it was sagging in the middle extremely bad. Thompson’s came out and determined there was a defect and replaced our mattress at no cost to us. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful! Thanks for being a great local company!
