This station is perfectly acceptable. The negative reviews here have just enough slurs and spelling errors to sort of tell you what you need to know. I'm an uber driver and this is one of my regular stops on that side of town. One of the cleanest gas station restrooms in Bloomington. Counter staff is consistently helpful and will go the extra mile if you need something. I've been in at 2 in the afternoon and 2 in the morning and received quality service. The property is clearly managed by landscaping firm and always looks just fine. There might be a cup here or there but that's true of literally every gas station. I like some of the speedways but they're consistently dirtier than this particular location.
I just got the worst service of my life. I went inside to prepay for gas with cash and there were two employees standing behind the counter both registers were closed. One guy was just standing there texting and drinking a soda or the other girl was counting the money in the drawer. I stood there for five whole minutes before she even said anything other than sorry one time. It's an absolute retarded way to run a business. I will never go back to that gas station again for as long as I live unless my car breaks down or runs out of gas literally right in front of their building. If you want some good service I would consider going to other gas stations such as Speedway where you can get much friendlier and better service. Very disappointed. No reason I should wait 5 minutes when there is no line and 2 employees each standing behind their closed registers.
The woman manager working there is the rudest most hatefull person I have ever came across.. She is rude to somebody everytime I have been in the store and to me.. my father is 63 years old in front of me in line when she id,s him for a pack of ciggars, when he gives it to her she denied him the ciggars because she noticed his id was two days expired.. He had no idea about his id being expired. He was insulted in front of a line of people because of her actions and the way she talked to him and treated him.. every person that works were i do drive right past the station and go out of the way just to avoid this station because they have all had different expericense with her.. She is costing this place a lot of cash and we will never go back.. Good luck.
This store is a dump. I was in there on June 30th, 2016 to get some snacks and drinks. No toilet paper in the bathroom though it was 930 am in the morning. Not only no toilet paper but it looked like someone took a dump all over the bathroom and leaked everywhere as well. The management of this dump should fire some of the employees because the place should look a lot better. Whomever the owner is ought to be cited by the Bloomington City government and Health Department for running a filthy and nasty store. The outside of the store and grass around it looked like it needed to be cut and all kinds of trash laying around. That or pull their business license.
