Also he wants to prorate my deposit. He gave me no services, he didn't even show up for my trial updo--he sent in someone else. He was also the one to Cancel me without warning.
Sebastian is a con artist. He conned many people at Victoria Towers. He has now been evicted. Several well established stylists are going back to that location to work on their own.
DO NOT GO TO HIS SALON.
He is a horrible person and should not be trusted. This is the most important day of my life...you would think he would have a heart. He is just money hungry and cheap.
I also had a bad experience with the lack of professionalism by Tonya and Sebastian. Threatened me with their legal department with law suits related slander and harrassment when following up about incorrect charges, until I quickly realized their professionalism was picked up watching Legally Blonde (for fashion styles and legal jargon). I call your bluff about slander and harrassment. BUYER BEWARE, one broke hair salon that is struggling to pay their bank debt b/c they can not execute a business plan, so they tried to intimidate me out of not getting reimbursed b/c they can not afford it. Let me guess, I bet your legal department has lobbyist on Capitol Hill trying to get some bailout money too. STAY AWAY.
I am so upset with the owner Sebastian. He should not be trusted. He is very unprofessional and rude. I have 27 days until my wedding. I booked and paid a deposit 2 months ago and he writes me an email today saying that he canceled my appointment (which was for 7 gilrs) and replaced us with other people. Now I have about 27 days to find a new salon.
Wow, seems to be a bad trend going on about Victoria Towers Salon this summer. Definitely will file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.
