Horrible. All they care about is getting paid. Had they actually cared and done a little bit of research on my case, it would not have dragged out for as long as it did and I would not have been charged as much as I was. Plus, I would have had leverage for it all to go my way. But the attorney (Samantha Salisbury) either did not care enough about my case or did not have time to do the little bit of research required. When I pointed this out to them, it took a long time to hear back from them and then all I got was a letter stating that they will not admit to any wrongdoing on their part, they will keep the money I paid them for their horrible service, oh but at least I get to stop paying what I still owe, which is not nearly what they have taken from me in the past. If your case is small and will not make them a lot of money, chances are they won't pay much attention to it and you will get terrible service for the amount you pay.
Jim, the other attorneys, and all the staff have always done a great job, both for my personal and business needs. I highly recommend them.
