Not super friendly but helpful enough. Couldn't (wouldn't?) Hello me replace my lawnmower blade because it wasn't Toro but broke loose a bolt for me free of charge and told me where to go.
I went to a hardware store to get a copy of my carkey made. They couldn't do it but they referred me to J&S who got it done very fast, very inexpensively, and it 100% works. Friendly service also.
Charges well over the market price in Bloomington (for locksmithing). Take your business elsewhere.
