The room was large and clean. The ironing board and iron were I great condition, I was able to press my clothes quickly, especially when you hang in the steamy shower first.
The hotel was busy, lots of people checking in, going to dinner, hanging out in the large lobby. I was checked in quickly and went to my room.
It was a long day, from home to airport to airport, to my new home for a week. I could tell from the street out front that parking there was impossible. To the right, the Morton St. parking garage was close enough to touch the hotel. I parked there and called to make sure this is the right place to park.
The service was great. Clean sheets, nice warm water and the temperature controls worked well, despite it being winter in Indiana. Also the woman who checked us in overnight when we checked-in wrote us a Christmas card and slid it under our door. Veronica was amazing and made us feel at home! The only things I would change are the mattress (it wasn't as comfortable as I would like, though I concede that my over-the-top setup at home could be the entire problem) and the humidity (my wife and I were "so dry" last night that we were pounding water and scratching each others' back before going to sleep).

Very nice; helpful staff, clean, attractive decor, good coffee and filtered water always available. Good-quality beds! My only complaint is the relatively small bedrooms; they are nicely appointed, just a bit narrower than would be ideal. However, they DO feature more spacious rooms for those who physically _need_ them!
Makes it difficult and frustrating looking for programs or even knowing what channels carry.
The restaurant in the first floor, Coaches, was a great place for a pint and some hot wings. The Diablo sauce is very hot, not inedible, but very hot!
There are many places to eat near the hotel, within walking distance, even in 20 degree weather.
Not a good situation when you book for weeks on a business trip.
CALLED HILTON CORPORATE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT LACK OF TV PROGRAMING AT THIS HOTEL ......EVER ROOM !!!! NO REPLY.

Room service was perfect as well, maids left cards and did a wonderful job of remaking the room.
TV programing and show listings are not available on your TV !!!!!
You have to guess where a show will be as only channel numbers are posted on the TV. Spoke to the desk staff for 3 days and also maintenance staff. Manager is aware of the problem and tells his staff the fix to seeing TV programming is 3 weeks away as of September 11, 2017 !!!
I love the location, and the service, I will stay here again!

Comfy accommodations, nice staff, busy lively location. Could hear the concert next door. Luckily I can slept through anything so it didn't bother me that much.
Here on business for many weeks. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Breakfast is good.
