I even attempted to call the customer service hotline on their website and I was on hold again for another 25 minutes.
Standard chain pizza place. The food is pretty good if you're just looking for greasy yums. Inexpensive. Fairly clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Three other people in restaurant. Waited 15 min for server to take drink order. Got our drinks 10 min later. Finally took our food order after we had been there 30 minutes. After 1 hr asked about our order. They had lost it. By this time other people had come, eaten and left. Never saw the waitress again. Walked out after 90 minutes. Went to Steak and Shake.
They violated my right to Life Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness by charging me for food. How can you experience life if you starve to death. I told them I was in the Pursuit of Happiness and they even verified that they were aware of those rights guaranteed to all Americans.
This place has by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. I called at 6:35 to order my food they told me it would be done at 7:11. I packed up my 3 kids and wife and drove to pick it up. I walked in and the phone must have rang 200 times, there was only 2 people working the dining room was a mess every table was dirty. I stood there for 10 mins and no one ever helped me to I had my old lady come in and I went back to the car. The same thing happened to her 10 mins before they helped her and at this time it was 7:35. The man working tells her that they had no idea about the order. Needless to say it's 8:00 pm and I have still not received my food. I wish u could label this place with -100 stars. I will NEVER come here again
Today (12/01/17) in total, I was on hold for an hour with just this ONE store. The last time I called to place an order, I decided to leave my phone on speaker until someone picked up. No matter how long it took. After 20 minutes on hold, THEY hung up.
I had to call another Pizza In town to finally get my food, TWICE. The first time I called the other store, they tried to transfere to this store on Franklin. They finally picked up and asked if it would be for delivery or carryout and I said delivery. Then they put me on hold for another 15 minutes and I hung up and called the second store back.
I NEVER post reviews, especially negative ones, because I used to work fast food. I understand being busy on a Friday. I understand systems potentially crashing and having bad nights. What I don't understand is no one picking up the phone AT ALL with no explanation or professionalism involved.
The online site was broken at this time so I had no choice but to keep calling somewhere. But why would I order online when my last order from this store on 11/27/17 WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO CALL BACK?
Finally, the second store agreed to place my order, but when I mentioned my experience (as politely as possible) they refused to discount my order at all.
