Carole was extremely courtious and professional in assisting me select a storage unit. She had Internet connection lapses (not her fault) while processing my transaction, but maintained a smile and very pleasant demeanor, apologizing several times for the delay. Great experience! Starting online, the website was easy to navigate, and all the information I was looking for was readily available, including price. I was able to immediately talk to a representative online, who answered all my questions. I rented a unit and got a call within 5 minutes from Joel, the manager on site. He set up a time to meet that day, allowing us to immediately begin using our unit. We met him at the facility and he found us a unit. Of note, the first unit had endured hail damage and had a leak, so he immediate found us another one with no delay. Once he made sure the unit was what we needed, he took us to sign our lease, explaining everything and answering every question. Amazing customer service!!!! Would highly recommend!
Joel was awesome and very polite, helpful, and considerate. He even played with the kids! He is a great asset to your team and deserves a huge bonus or pay increase.
I don’t usually leave reviews on anything but the service here was amazing and made our move much smoother and easier. We had to find a unit very quickly and we definitely lucked out finding such an awesome place to store our belongings between houses.
