I am in an upgraded one bedroom! I love the new appliances, the new flooring and the countertops are so lovely. The office staff are very nice.

Overall, there are better properties to spend your money in Bloomington where you would actually stay for an extended period time that feels like home. Do NOT sign ANYTHING until they PROVE your unit is clean and move in ready!
The appliances were older, but worked properly. (Oven had old food in it upon moving in) There is a laundry room with plenty of space to store things. After decorating, you can make the apartment look good. There is new management and new people in the front office that are very helpful and kind, despite the gentleman in the leasing office that needs more customer service training. Also, it's a great location away from everything going on at the campus.

I lived at this property from July 2016 - July 2017. I moved in because I needed a place asap due to mix up with a lease. I was showed a dirty unit for a tour, and was told it was the unit that I would get. Unfortunately, the unit was not cleaned before I moved in. It took days to clean the cabinets, drawers, and walls properly. Also, instead of cleaning the dirt and dust from the ceiling it was simply painted over. The wallpaper needed to be replaced, but I was told I would be charged $60 for them to do so. The carpet was not cleaned before I moved in, which caused an odor in the apartment and in my clothes. I reported the issue to leasing office and they said the smell was "fresh wood" when the unit wasn't an updated model and was built in the 80s. The apartment is not well ventilated, and you have to have your air running at all times to stay cool.
