Repeat customer, I love the friendly atmosphere which pairs perfectly with anything you order. I love the burgers, holiday meals, desserts & breakfast ANYTIME. My personal favorite is the Country Biscuit Breakfast, over easy egg, crispy Hash browns & a bit of extra gravy! Don't forget the Tabasco.

My husband called and talked to the manager needless to say it didn't go very well. The manager argued with him and of course my husband didn't take that to well. So, we will not be eating at a Bob Evans again. This used to be one of my favorite place to eat.
My husband ordered takeout yesterday. My Wildfire salad they failed to give me my wildfire salad dressing. Plus, not wanting to gross anyone out after 2 bites when I went down deep into my salad I found a hair.
This Bob Evans is inconsistent. Been coming for years and watching things decline. Same meal can be prepared much differently from visit to visit. Todays was not good. Also, restroom are a mess. Soaking roll of towels on sink speaks to laziness. Floor is a mess. Person who seated us must be having a bad day. Waitress was fine. Going downhill BE. Need to bring it up a few notches. Used to be great.
Service was terrible, had to remind waited to bring our drinks and when he did the food was ready. Eggs Benedict was terrible wasnt hardly any cheese sauce, biscuit hard. Hash browns tasted freezer burned. Waiter never came to check on until we were finished. Not just us but he did the same to others.
