Moved here for the school. Excellent in all respects. They are on the way now becoming an IB school as well. Sweet!
You cannot pick a better elementary school for your child to attend. The houses in my neighborhood sell quickly just because parents want their children to go to Childs Elementary School. The bad reviews here are written by children and what child wants to go to school or likes any of the teachers? Great school!
Child's Elementary was the school I went too. First of all, the food was below average. Second of all, the principal HATED MY GUTS, if I did ANYTHING. WELP SWITCHED CLASSES. I honestly I hated the principal, and I'm speaking for the whole grade. I guess I learned some things. Dont get me wrong it is a school. But they think were dumb and dont know how to look things up on google. I'm just a trashy student that was picked on by teachers, from the start I made trouble, but i was just targeted by teachers, so lets say someone did something bad, they got in a little trouble. If I did something half as bad, I would get sent to the principal's office and get my parents called. If you're a parent, this is a good school. Eventually at the end of the school year, they were like, let this kid do whatever he wants. Overall Good School for the rich and smart, Republican Principal, so... But not that smart students this is a hell hole, if your emo trash and like Japanese crap and other stuff, you'll get disrespected by the teachers and principal. My 7 years at Childs Were absolute hell.
The best elementary school that I had the honor to attend. The faculty seemed to have it together. Made lifelong friends while I was there.
How is it possible that the school has a review of 3.5? Silliness. The educators and close knit community make this school what it is. I have two children attending, both drastically different from the other, Anne they each excel with the attention and care the teachers and staff provide. Best. School. Eva rx
