I've been with Woodforest for a few yrs now, and they are the only bank I've every had to go out of their way to offer quality assistance
The assistant branch manager Michelle is amazing! She went above and beyond to help when several other banks would not put the time in to help with out banking needs. She spent 30 minutes on the phone with other banks to get our problem fixed for us. I recommend this bank above all others because it is open 7 days a week and the employees are serious about helping and very friendly. Michelle from Woodforest located in Bloomington IN walmart is an angel and we are lucky to bank here! Thanks Michelle!!
Great Bank. Wonderful friendly customer service accurate and to the minute banking. No more waiting for a day or two for deposits to be in my account. Open even on Sundays. I can't say enough about how pleased I have been.
