Order was correct and acceptable quality. Some ugly fat black lady employee going around complaining and using foul language bad mouthing customers. There is a whole lot stupid at this store. Management needs to get a handle on their staff. I honestly don’t need to hear about staff being tired of people. Customer service is hard and if you can’t hack don’t do it!
One under trained cashier, not NEAR ENOUGH STAFF for a Sunday morning. My wait on line was 25 minutes and there were 9 customers behind me. Fast food restaurants should get the customers through in less then 5 minutes. That's why they call it fast food. Maybe you just don't understand the concept. Or possibly you want more money to the bottom line ...and to heck with the customer. You have the very bad idea that they will return anyway. WRONG!!!!!!!
2nd time was better, but still had to wait a LONG time for food. My big Mac was sloppily put together and fries were mushy. At least nothing was cold.
Inexperienced and alone young cashier during pre-work morning rush. More senior ladies gabbing. Manager working like a worker bee instead of efficiently managing workers. The “team” took over 10 minutes to work up the effort involved to refill the orange juice machine with zero concern that they were removing the “fast” from “fast food.”
This location has made such a turnaround. Great staff and the food meets expectations. I worked at a McDonald's for 3 years and have nothing but praises for the folks here.
I've been there twice in the last week. Once was pretty well at closing time. Food was cold and service terrible.
