ooooh, I don't know where to start, lets go with People first, they're the foundation of any great organization, and you've got some of the best i've ever dealt with when buying a car, they made things smooth, they did the extra work to make us happy without complaining or even frowning, they were fun to hang out with for about half a day, like i said, your people are the best! Second, the facility and selection, your building is absolutely beautiful, well designed and laid out, logical, elegant but simple, and always clean. Add to that the fact you had the largest selection of subarus i could find pretty much in the 200 mile radius of indianapolis (where I live), and it was kind of an obvious choice, cause who doesn't love choices!? Lastly, the snacks and drinks, as previously stated, we were there for basically half a day, its stressful, its taxing, and you don't really want to take time to break and go get lunch or something to drink or any of that, so having those things there was brilliant!
Very nice people. Great shuttle service! However, had my car in for an oil change, and to diagnose a vibrating, and stuttering problem at 7:00am. Diagnosis was called in and decisions made for work to be done by noon. -Oil change, two new tires, and allignment were not finished until 5:00 pm and cost over $500.00. -frustrating.
Needed my push to start fixed. After a reasonable expense it is now fixed. Good experience overall. Staff is honest and polite, shuttle service is great. Thanks
Do not take your car here. My A4 has been serviced here multiple times, only to continue having the same problems and new ones. I was double charged for tires even after asking the sales rep to make sure it was only charged once. Paid for new brakes that have squealed since the day they were installed. Brought in multiple times to address the problem and it was never fixed - I was even told that "it is normal" for the brake noise to occur (which is definitely not). Lastly, like with all Audi dealerships, you will be charged outrageous amounts for any services. Go local!
