terrible place. didn't get a call back after i was told i would right away, got hung up on when i was on hold. ended up having to take my car to another dealer after Royal checked it out because she was still having problems. The other dealer questioned the methods of Royal. Im very glad i dont live in bloomington.
The guy showing me cars was more interested in helping out a friend of his rather than focusing on the customer.
I've had a Subaru & VW and oh would I love to have the convenience of taking my car into this shop! Although, it does not have a good reputation. Seeing for myself. I inquired about basic maintenance needs. Time and again, I've been quoted *substantially* higher prices. My last quote was DOUBLE the price of regional certified shops. I've paid higher prices on accessory parts as well. While driving to Indianapolis is an inconvenience even for a oil change, I will continue to do so.
