The salesman Ryan Smiley wasn't salesman slick and pushy and continues to make sure things go well after the sale. They have a nice selection of cars to choose from and service like oil changes is pleasant with free coffee and new cars to look at, and also a bookstore and places to eat within walking distance for passing the time.

I just purchased my first Subaru and I love it. The experience at the Bloomington IN dealership was fantastic. Vadim was my salesman and he made the process seamless. I needed a vehicle for me and my two dogs and the Outback was the perfect fit. He helped me through the process of selection and allowed me to drive several vehicles and take them home to test on the pups. In the end it was a great, honest, fun experience and I would recommend them highly.
