You'd be better off just hitting your engine with a hammer. These guys are slow, have poor communication, and ineffective. Its worth the drive to simply have it done up in Indianapolis
I bought a brand new Camaro at another dealer, and had an issue with the torque converter. This dealer looked at it, and replaced the torque converter (while still under warranty). A year later it starts doing the same thing, so I take it back here. The proceed to tell me the car is fine, and try to charge me $100 because they updated the computer (without calling me to ask permission). Thankfully I had provocatively called GM and had a diagnostic waiver that I gave them to they couldn't charge me. I show them all of the information I found online that indicates people with my year and model are having torque converter issues, and they still tell me everything is fine. I proceed to take it to another dealer and within 30 seconds of test driving, their tech tells me there are clear torque converter issues, and actually calls GM to discover that there was another bad part on my make and model that will ruin torque converters until the part is replaced. Thank God GM had good customer service and were willing to eat all the costs of the faculty part, because this dealership certainly didn't care to do any research. Funny how a chick with access to Google can pinpoint a problem better than their techs. Go somewhere else.
