These guys (and gals) are very helpful, friendly and fair. They are even patient when I go with no idea what I am looking for. I have a '78 Triple, that needs frequent TLC and now I know where to go for parts. Good people, good shop, go there.
This place is one of the worst buisnesses I have ever seen. Disorganized and barely helpful at all. They sold me the wrong parts for by motorcycle and then would not admit it or let me return for the right parts. Do not go here the owners have no idea what they are doing.
More of an old-school customer service feel, so if you don't know what to ask for this shop may not meet your expectations. I've got an '81 vintage yamaha and they've been great every time I've stopped in when I've had specific questions. The only "off" experience I've had was when I initially bought the bike and had no idea what I wanted to do to get the bike as close to original glory as possible. Since then, I've been in to ask about brakes (got advice and they lubed the brakes for free, fixing the issue right then and there!), bought Yamalube several times, and even got my seat reupholstered for a VERY reasonable price (I had to order the seat cover, but they did the install with about a 2 day turnaround). I definitely recommend Fox's and hope they're around as long as I can keep my '81 running!
