I took my older Ford truck into Jerry's with some starting issues. It didn't want to start at all sometimes, very frustrating. It was older and I wasn't sure that I wanted to spend the money to fix it. So I asked Jerry for his opinion and he was straight forward and honest with me and being a woman he explained it so I could understand. He gave me a run down of what was wrong and the cost. Honestly it was way cheaper then I thought it would be, so 250.00 later my truck started like a new truck, didn't know it was possible. Thanks to Jerry, it kept me from having to buy another truck and saved me a lot of money. Thanks so much guys!
My car was not starting, They charged $400 to replace knock sensor. I came to pick it up, it did not start. I then waited 2 hours for them to replace bad spark plugs, I paid them $90 more and drove it home. The car left me stranded at work AGAIN. I returned the car, they said they would look at it for free. When I returned (4 WEEKS LATER) to pick up the car I was hit with $390 to replace coil packs PLUS LABOR! It still does not start right, if at all. DO NOT GO TO JERRYS! Their techs cannot diagnose and I had to pay for it. One star for trying to correct problem but lied and charged me. I would give no stars if I could.
They always go above and beyond. I went in for just an oil change and they warned me that my front left tire was about to go out and that the alignment was off. They only charged for the oil change. They are trustworthy and always friendly.
scratched my car badly have been in Bloomington many years, this place has never gotten any better. STAY AWAY!
My trailblazer would not turn one day and I was working so my wife was by herself. I had her call Jerry's and they had it towed to the shop and started working on it right away. Had the issue fixed in about 1 hour. But the best part was they stayed open later to allow us to pick it up the same day. Thanks for the great service and thanks to the wonderful staff, very friendly! Very affordable!! Thanks again!
