The shop works with USAA frequently, so the insurance process was seamless. My vehicle was done 2 days earlier than my estimate, and was only held up due to waiting for a pinstripe that had to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. Excellent service overall and will definitely recommend to others.
Nate was kind and on the ball. I was stuck waiting for my rental car and he made a point to get me a soda and make me feel welcome. In the beginning he had told me I may want to follow up on my rental car just to make sure it was running on time- and if they were running late or had lost my reservation, which had happened in the in past evidently, they would give me a ride. We have had done work done here in the past and have been happy every time. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Great shop! Extremely Professional! Have worked with many shops before and these guys are the real deal, they handle everything in a timely manner and always provide quality job on my cars. The team at Minton is awesome! A friend referred me to them and I am so impressed. I am leasing my vehicle - and the lease ends in a couple weeks. Someone hit my bumper and did not leave a note.
