This company is a joke. Person who showed up to fix my windshield bummed smokes off of me the entire time. Made up an excuse as to why I couldn't get a warranty and even had me help with the install... I called the manager who was very rude, said she would give me a gift card. I have not received it and its been over 5 months. This company is a joke. Will not use them again if my life depends on it.

I was able to make an appointment online, which made it easier since I live an hour away from the nearest Safelite. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, they were courteous, prompt, and thorough. I really do not enjoy having to mess with repairs on my car, but Safelite made it easy. It took about 55 minutes from start to finish and the new windshield looked amazing. I also thought the price was reasonable.
I dropped off my car the night before and left the key in the drop box as instructed, and someone went and took the key to the dropbox with them on vacation, and now my key is stuck in there and my windshield still cracked. Additionally, no form of compensation was offered. It's surely a unique scenario, but I don't think I'd take my chances again.
