Really good on price but low on customer support. This place is always filled with lots of customer. May be tire barn should think about expanding with another store or fix long wait time and bad customer support issues. Always seen dissatisfied customers during my 4 visits to this place on after sale support. 5 star on sale and price but 1 star on after sale customer support.
Very rude service. Helped people out of order (based on who they could rip off more). “Give discounts” but upcharge the tires so you aren’t getting a discount at all. Main guy at the counter (pushy black guy) is VERY rude and very discriminatory towards customers. Chose people out of line and when he said, “I can help whoever is next.” I walked up and he told someone else to come up. I immediately made sure I went up to counter and was told by him that I couldn’t get in today. Manager came and told me that it would be NO PROBLEM at all. Manager was very nice and got me in and out right away without anymore problems! Bad service to begin with but ended with better service with supervisors help!
The sales associate name was Will. He was not professional. He made negative comments about the car and even made jokes about my intellect. He also was pushy and condescending. The biggest thing he did was harass my wife, which is not appropriate. He did not address customers in the appropriate order. In all of this, he claimed that he provided great customer service.
They fixed a lawn tractor tire and another small ribbed tire for more quickly at no charge. Good group of guys.
We didn't have a good experience at this location. First, the prices we researched online (from tire barn) did not match the prices we were quoted. This was ignored at the counter and was brushed off as not accurate. Also, no hidden fees are not as straightforward as claimed. The sales associate had a lot of liberty in applying discounts of various amounts. Obviously, these discounts were only applicable to the most expensive tires. This didn't match online values as well.
Was a walk in customer got me right in even though they were busy. Freindly staff all around great visit and customer service.
Overall we felt ripped off and treated poorly as customers. We would have left, but didn't want to continue to drive on a spare that was low on air. I will take my tire needs to other providers now.
Don't go to this store... Especially if Will is at the counter.
