They do a decent job on repairs. I can't complain at all about the customer service, especially Bobby, he is a fantastic guy to work with while going through the repair process. However, don't go there unless you are prepared to pay 100 bucks in diagnostic fees on anything. I took my vehicles there 3 times. And each time paid a minimum of 80 bucks in test and diagnostic fees. "Usually not charged by other companies as long as the repair is done there". The 3rd one is where they lost my buisness. I had my car towed there aND simply said it wouldn't start. Turned out it was the starter, kinda a no Brainer. Then they proceended to charge me 125 for testing and diagnostic fees, ended up only paying 80 after I questioned them about exactly what I was being charged for. Since then I switched to autochoice service center. Just had another starter replaced, it was almost half as much and no diagnostic fees. Much happier

I'm from out of town and blew out a tire. Went to TNW and even though they did not carry my brand of tire in stock they took the time to look over my spare and rim and even have me the name of another garage in town. Nice helpful people.
Great people, completely fair prices, quality work. These guys are the best in town. They have great communication on issues and don't bill for unneeded work. Highly recommended.
