The staff is great and very friendly! Your teeth are in good hands at Barco.
Dr. Barco purchased this practice over a year ago from Dr. Bishop whom had been my dentist for 30 years (I'm 35yo).
I normally don't leave adverse reviews, but this is warranted.
Very friendly and knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable while getting dental work done. Dr. Barco really tries to get to know his patients and explains what needs done and why very well.
Everyone is friendly here. Doctor Barco is courteous and cares about his patients. I like that he gives his patients options and allows for educated discussion without pressure. My dental hygienist was gentle and caring. I left with a bag of Swag, soft toothbrush, floss & toothpaste. I'm looking forward to seeing their bigger and better space upstairs when I return in 6 months.
Very happy to have Dr. Barco as my dentist. His new location is beautiful and has adequate off-street parking. Staff is warm and welcoming.. Redecoration of this new office continues and will be completed very soon. Do not miss an opportunity to acquire this young and knowledgeable dental professional and staff.
Since that transition it has been a nightmare of repetitive billing problems & issues which they just cannot iron out. The staff, albeit friendly, and acknowledging of their problems 'transitioning to a new billing system' still have yet to figure it out...and it's been like well over a year since he took over.
Anyway, I'm done...time to find a new dentist.
