Was scheduled an appointment at 9:15 AM, and my name was not called in 10:45 AM. This rate and review should be self-explanatory.
If I could, I'd give negative stars. This place will not treat my knee problems, saying they're within the range of normal even though I'm in severe pain. Also, block out about 3 hours after your appointment time. You probably wont get seen even close to that time. Don't come here if you enjoy having your doctors listen to you or if you have other things to do within 3 hours of your appointment time.
Was told to spend the night at hospital so insurance would pay. Now I owe 15 thousand dollars that I can't p. I feel they should have helped with the bill
Dr. Dellaqua and his team are the BEST hand, arm and elbow group in Bloomington! Can't imagine being referred to any other bone clinic in town when you have the best at BB&J.
