Good service
If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Recently my husband had to have an MRI immediately and it was the only place that could get him in. He got there and waited an hour before they came out and said the machine was broken he would have to come back two days later. He went back,,,, wish he hadn't. The Specialist he went to said this was the worse MRI he had ever seen and now we have to have ANOTHER ONE just because he couldn't make out on the CD what he needed to see. My husband is in pain and because of this poor job, he has to remain in pain, we are paying for a lousy job and having to pay for another. He said he never sends anyone here and made an appointment for my husband somewhere else. Now are we not only out the bill for this place (MRI"S AREN"T CHEAP! we have another one to pay for because this one is useless.. We're fighting a time situation also because our deductible is paid and if we can't get his help before the first of the year we will be back to paying our of pocket. This place really set us back in time. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Office staff was nice, but radiologist did not accurately dictate my report. Then refused to look again when I had questions about it. Thanks for nothing but the bill CDI!
