Once again Rick and his crew came in on short notice, provided quality work and did it within the short timeframe given. Have had lots of work done by Evergreen this year, both foundation and roof work. Friendly, trustworthy and they have consistently came in on budget, cant ask for much more from a contractor. Would definitely recommend!
Rick Pauly and his team have done a lot of work for us over the past year and all of it has been top notch, very complete, and most importantly - solved the problem at hand. They pushed up a wall in our basement using gorilla braces (or something that looks like steel i-beams anchored in concrete), they've added a perimeter drain which has fixed a water problem which existed in the basement for the last 10 years, they rebuilt a bathroom (in 2 days mind you), and the cleaned (with dry ice) mold throughout the house, the basement, the insulation, the flooring - EVERYWHERE! Yes, my wife and i bought a fixer upper which after reading this review may sound scary - but I can thank Evergreen and Rick himself for leading this multi month effort of transforming this "project" disguised as a house, into a dream home :)
We engaged Evergreen to encapsulate our crawl space and repair some improperly installed supports. We are very satisfied with the work done. The crew was cheerful, professional and hard working, the management accommodating. We would recommend this company to anyone with crawl space issues.
I had Evergeen clean out my crawlspace and redo some ductwork after the crawlspace was flooded during heavy rains. Matt was great and took time to explain what he was doing and taught me a lot about the process. Good work ethic and very efficient.
