Been trying to call someone about a referral to another doctor for weeks now. They are obviously to busy to even return a call, let alone help me. Ridiculous!
I haven't even had my appointment yet and im already "over it". Getting ahold of someone there to schedule appointments or confirm test results have been received from the other location is impossible and it's a new issue every time I call. I had gotten a call from the office but as soon as I answered they hung up and my immediately calling back just gave the faulty phone tree. Today, the problem was with their phone tree. No matter what option you choose, it just repeats the options. Press one, it repeats the options. Press two, it repeats the options. Press three, it repeats the options. Press four, it repeats the options. Press five, it repeats the options. Press six, it repeats the options... it didn't matter if you pressed 8, 0, #, *... nothing. Planned Parenthood [5 STARS] is my provider of choice, but the clinic in my area is barred by state regulation from performing the ultrasound and other diagnostics I need. Nothing will please me more in life than to graduate and gtfo of Bloomington. "Hoosier hospitality" is slowly killing me.

I called to make an appointment to be told that I would have to wait 3 months. After 3 months I went to my appointment on a Friday, only to find out it had been cancelled. Even though I called prior to my appointment and was told it was still a go. I reschedule for the following Monday only to find out I couldn't make it due to work. So I called back that Monday and was told that I would receive a no show on their records. They were not open at all during the weekend so there was no chance I would no receive that. I tried to reschedule again and Amy told me I would have to wait until September. By that time I would have been more than 6 months pregnant.
