Drove across town to this bmv 3 times. Still have yet to get a new ID. Awful service has made me want to quit driving all together
Had to get a title transfer , of course , lady asked a very obese man if it would work , he was very rude and walked away quickly . No need to raise your voice fat boy . Didnt your daddy teach you to respect your elders ?!
They have terrible customer service. They spend most of their time telling you want they cannot complete. They need to work more efficiently and get something done. I have been to busier and more efficient BMV’s.
Worst BMV ever. never go there
They are so much faster than they used to be a few years ago. I am impressed. They really have upped their game. I have not experienced any of the rude behavior others report.
