I stopped into this store after doing quite a bit of research and anticipating meeting all of my shopping needs online. Jake Zimmerman was exceptionally accommodating of my barrage of questions, and he patiently and methodically helped me work through my indecision to select the best possible purchase between several good options they had in the store. The quality customer service really improved the experience for me.
My boyfriend and I decided to buy a new bed for Christmas this year. We came in today since it's black Friday weekend and thought we were going with just a basic mattress and box spring. Jake met us at the door and was so knowledgeable and friendly! It's like he knew what we wanted better than we did. There were great sales and offers going on so we left with more than we thought and for way less than we thought! Jake was awesome and we are so excited about our new bed!
Jake Zimmerman helped me get an AMAZING bed that fit my budget and feels soooo good. I about fell asleep in the store just testing it out. He worked with me for over an hour to get everything perfect and was completely patient and funny at the same time. Highly recommended!
