The 1.5 years that my fiancé and I have lived at the Boulders at Deer Park have been terrific. It's a safe and quiet community with friendly people. The location in relation to College Park Mall, Kirkwood Ave., IU and Bryan Park provide numerous option for activities and foods in a short drive.
Open floor plan, a lot of natural light. Area is clean, maintained and safe.
I have lived here for 3 years and they have always been so great at responding to maintenance requests. Also, the maintenance guys are always so nice and give my cats a pet every time they come :) I have never had any problems or complaints.
