Rent from someone else or a different location. We reserved a moving truck online. When we called later to confirm our reservation, we were informed that they had no trucks,the last one rented 2 days prior. We called the company from the website and talked to a manager. Long story short,the support from budget company was good. They had 12 trucks of the size we wanted sitting at this location, and they had more trucks available of other sizes. So we did get our truck. This isn't the first time this has happened. Last time we had to drive all the way to Indianapolis to get the truck,wish we would have called the main company then also. I feel like these people just want a paycheck without any work.
