Management has always been very nice and helpful. If there is ever a question or concern, all I have to do is send an email or make a call and I get a response within a day. They have always been quick to fix anything that breaks in the apartment complex (I have emailed them when a washer in the basement was clogged and the repair men were there to fix it in just a couple days). I live at College Mall Apartments and the appliances are more up-to-date then the places I've lived in the past. Our apartment is pretty spacious for what we pay in rent. The pool is great and I always see the pool crew come out to clean it in the mornings so I know its well kept during the time when its open. They are very accommodating when it comes to pets as well (unlike a LOT of places in town).

I have been a resident at the Boulders for 2 years now, and love the apartment. The management has been helpful and accommodating. They always reply to maintenance requests quickly and they check with residents to make sure that the repairs were done properly after the work is complete. They even brought us a brand new dishwasher after we moved in and they had trouble repairing the old one that was leaking. The area is very peaceful and quiet, and the grounds are kept up by a professional landscaping company. There are always lots of birds, rabbits and deer around the property.
The Boulders is a family, adult, and young professional friendly neighborhood nestled away in a really awesome part of town. We are within walking distance to Bryan Park, most of the South side of Walnut St, and are near the College Mall Ave area. Downtown and campus are all within walking or biking distance as well, especially with the B-line trail so near to us.
Deer Park Manor was an excellent venue for our April 2017 wedding! My wife and I really enjoyed working with Lisa on every detail. She is laid back and easy to work with. The weather wasn't great, but the large tent allowed our guests to have a great time regardless.
My girlfriend and I have been living at The Boulders, a property owned by Deer Park Management, for going on three years now and while we have rented several properties in different cities in the past, we have never had a better experience!
Lisa was also the photographer of our wedding and we are thrilled with the pictures. She took the time to make sure we got all the shots we wanted. It was a very personal touch that my wife and I really appreciated. She went out of her way to make sure our special day was perfect.
As a wedding photographer, Deer Park Manor's space is unparalleled. From a beautiful, spacious house with a large suite for both the groom and the bride - to an extremely sweet staff ready to help you with whatever you need... this is one of the most intimate and serene event spaces I've shot at.
I enjoyed everything from the food, to the grounds, to the staff, and would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone considering it!
I would say that it is definitely worth it to check out Deerpark Management. I have heard horror stories about some of the other property management companies in town, but my experience the past few years has been nothing short of a fairy tale!
All the photos we captured at Deer Park Manor turned out marvelously because of all the beautiful spaces that both the house and grounds allow for, and I can't compare any other photos I've taken this year to them because of how perfectly set the venue was, with luscious green backdrops and a balcony that gave the vibe of vintage French quarters!!
My second shooter was able to capture the bride and groom's sparkler exit from that balcony as well (which the incredible venue coordinator, Lisa, informed us of), and we were able to get images that we never had before simply because there was no sight from above!
As far as the management, maintenance, and property is concerned, we also have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. The management has always been prompt to respond and easy to work with, maintenance has also always been extremely prompt and have always actually fixed or replaced any problems. The property is beautiful and quiet. It is the perfect place to walk your dog or enjoy the weather on your private back deck. The apartments themselves are kept updated and are very spacious. The fireplace is definitely my favorite feature!
