FIRST IMPRESSION... This place was clean and secure. YES!! No rusted old tractors in the paddocks, no hay being stored in the indoor arena. Everything had its place. The more we toured it, the better it got. Secure tack room, weather tight feed storage area, was rack... so much thought was put into this barn!
OVERALL... our experience has shown us that this is probably the best option for a small and friendly facility in the Bloomington area. One of these days someone will be very lucky to take our place when we leave for something more permanent. You won't be disappointed, period.
When we first found this place on Google, we were already on the road having looked at another boarding facility nearby. So, we stopped in unannounced.
We were so lucky to find this place. Being in transition, we needed to find a boarding facility that offered full care... and catered to our high standards at the same time.
**Current Boarder**
BOARDING... We've boarded for a couple months now and have had zero problems. The owner is a great to talk to and very accommodating if you wish to make small adjustments in the horses care (i.e. switching feed, turn-outs, etc).
