I would give 0 stars if possible. Not at all helpful or friendly, and are not there to serve students. Their Motorist Assistance is a joke. If you need help on the weekend, don't call. While their website says Motorist Assistance is available for free to help students, faculty and staff, they will only help you if you have a valid permit. Apparently any students on campus without a permit are exempt from this service. I don't know who answers their phone, but every time I have called, they have been rude and downright awful to deal with. I would avoid if at all possible.
Not at all helpful. Office not open on weekend before classes and then only open 9-5. Poor service. Should leave permits at dorms for moving in students. Also ticket first week of school before half of the permits are distributed. Say you can appeal but it will take weeks...just another way to rip off students.
Complete conflict of interest operation ZERO stars. Feel bad for the staff who have work under the illegal polices.
I would give 0 star if I could. The staff is VERY RUDE and unhelpful. They are unclear with what they are talking about and tell you to "just deal with it" when you have questions about their policy.
