I don't understand the negative feedback, sure they get busy and are not standing around waiting for you but the service was very professional. Aaron was polite and very friendly when I picked up truck and Kevin quickly checked truck back on for me.
These ladies are a joke. We declined insurance and were basically forced to take it then they wouldn't let me use my husband's credit card because it wasn't in my name! Well that's just fine! Uhaul saved our day and move! 14 dollars for insurance and let me use my husband's credit card! These ladies need some customer service training!!!
Reserved a Budget moving truck and was counting on it to be ready the day of my move (which is the purpose of a reservation). Got a call at 7 am the day of my move (1 hour before pick-up time) that there was no truck available, and I would get a call when one was ready to pick up. I called repeatedly and got no answer. No one called me back about the truck. Two hours later, I gave up on Budget, cancelled the reservation, and got a truck at U-Haul instead (Southside Rental got me a truck immediately). The next day, I discovered that Budget had charged my credit card $50 for a "no-show" fee. I called again, no answer at the local office, so my call went to the national desk. They agreed to refund the $50, but it will not come off my card for a week. Completely unacceptable service. I would never use or recommend Budget!
Save some money...I'd go back.
These ladies are amazing. They do everything in their power to help me time and time again. Great service as well!
What a great experience. I needed a truck, on short notice, and the staff really came through for me. I couldn't be happier with the service or the price and would definitely recommend Budget to anyone that is in need of a moving truck and great customer service.
