This is the best value apartment you can get in Bloomington. This is an old apartment but they are responsive if you ever need maintenance and they have monthly exterminator spray. There's washer/dryer in the building, pool, and even fitness room next to the leasing office. Grocery shopping is so much easier as the apartment is on Route 9, of which runs the college mall route. If you ever miss the Route 9 bus to campus, Route 6 bus station is just right in front of the CIB building. There's plenty of parking at the apartment; it's so well-connected so most people do not own a car.

For the price, I thought it was alright. There was always plenty of parking for guests and the walk to campus was short. They seem to have a lot of trouble with insects; our room got fleas at one point and I've heard that this year they had some other outbreak. They were pretty quick to take care of the issue, though. My room was also not insulated very well, so I had to get wrapping for the windows in the winter. The appliances worked fine and so did the AC/heat. The showers were nothing special, but they always had got water.
Spacious Apartments. Very Low Rent. Closer to Kroger and College Mall than most residencies. Very bad service and maintenance.
You will need to install your own curtain/blinds if the previous tenant did not leave them for you.
Located in a nice and quiet area. Rooms are nice and cozy. Bus stop is at walking distance from the property and as such leaves it a well connected complex.
