I would not recommend anyone live here. 90% of the residents are either drunks or meth heads.. The other 10% never come out of their apts, likely out of fear of the rowdy drunks and druggies. Smoke of all kinds can be smelled all over the complex at all times, even though management sends out warnings approx once a month. It doesn't help, I have to assume it's because there is no actual follow though on enforcement. Note that this is a fully enclosed building so your air is your smoking neighbors air. I once called the office to report 2 residents that were so drunk they were actually urinating on the walls in public areas! I actually SAW them doing it! I was told it wasn't an issue that warranted sending anyone out for, and if I didn't like it, to call the police. WTF? They don't care if their residents pee all over the building!? EWW! As for the apt itself, the A/C on full blast day and night never managed to get my 200 sq foot apt below the low 80's. I honestly don't know if it was even fully functional. No D/W or garbage disposal (which they advertise on some sites they have). The walls must be paper thin because my neighbor (heavy smoker) kept me up nightly coughing their lungs out.. I got out as soon as I could! I NEVER felt so unsafe in my own home as I did living here. STAY AWAY!
