I get spray tans at the Campus location. They always look nice and the workers are very helpful.

I went to Sol Spa on March 22nd and spent $24 on their level 4 bed. 2 bulbs were out from my stomach to mid thigh. When leaving I let the staff know and she told me a manager would call me the next day. I never heard anything so on Friday I called them. I was greeted with an attitude and once again told the manager would call me. It is now Tuesday the 28th and I still haven't heard anything. They are lacking in the customer service department and professionalism.
I never posts reviews, good or bad, and I'm a pretty passive, laid-back person; but I have never been so unimpressed with how a "business" is "ran" in my life.
I appreciate the flyer left on my car window in student parking where cars aren't moved often so that when it rained it plastered onto my window. Thanks :)
Nothing would make me happier than to give this "establishment" zero stars. I went here in 2015 for a $15 spray tan, the spray tan machine was not working correctly and the nozzles did not move up and down, basically just spraying my face and upper back. It took me over a year of constant calling, speaking with numerous people, and being told different things. Sometimes being told the manager would call me, then that I would get a refund, then that they don't do refunds, then accusing me of not knowing how the spray tan machine works and claiming it wasn't broken, after a year of dealing with this, the manager emailed me stating "I put the $15 back on your in store account, plus I addeed three spray tans on your account. The $15 can be used for anything, even our premium products." (Copy and pasted directly from the email). After awhile I decided to try them again, I called to see exactly how many and what kind of visits I had left on my account, I was absolutely NOT surprised when they told me there was nothing with no record of our communication over the past year.
