Great place to live for the rent.
I loved staying at Summit Pointe. I lived there for more than 6 years and enjoyed every day of it. Apartments are nice and reasonable priced. The neighborhood is quiet, well maintained and safe. Ladies at the office are friendly and helpful, maintenance guys are polite and fix your broken appliances really fast. I live in Seattle right now and I really miss Bloomington, especially my old apartment at Summit Pointe.

Slum it point! Ruined two years of my life. Original place had new carpet (little did I know that was their cleanest unit, they wont even do new carpet for a new lease and the carpet was 8 years old) but was over a horrible old woman (why last person moved). They let her terrorize me because "she's old" like that was an acceptable reason. Moved into another unit and it was FULL of mold. Lied about cleaning it. Tough it was funny. I had to use a dehumidifier just to live there. The entire building was not built on a vapor barrier. Really ratty living conditions, full of hillbillies, take advantage of the old, the young, and foreign students that don't know any better. Do not rent here!!!
