Called in for a survey estimate, they were short, said to email them a previous plat and title document for the property, only then would they get back to me. They were reluctant to answer questions about the process. I was confused by this call and the friction I received.
I had to travel to their office 4 times get the survey done twice as the township rejected the first one and paid twice. If you have money and time use these surveyors.
