i went to this place for the first time the other day. it had a pleasant atmosphere, though i feel like it was sort of dark in there ? like, dimly lit. i ordered a pizza with tomato, garlic and mushroom. the latter tasted a little funky, but other than that i really enjoyed it. the staff seemed nice and laid back. this won't be a frequent stop for me, but i can see myself coming back sometime !
I always have the same problem every time I eat here - I eat too much because it is SO good! Delicious, fresh food and friendly staff. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Delightful pizza and sandwiches at this venerable Kirkwood landmark. The family and I enjoy their simple, thin crust pizza with sparing sauce, light cheese, and delicious toppings. Sandwiches are served on big fluffy bread with plenty of tasty pickles. Prices are reasonable, service is fast, and the staff are always super friendly.
