-Unhappy and VERY hungry

I am writing this review to express my disappointment about the service (or lack there of) that I received today. I was referred to your restaurant by a coworker that raved about the food. I tried it for the first time on Friday, and was extremely happy with the quality of the food and service that I received. Unfortunately, my experience was completely different today. I called to place an order to be delivered to my job at 11:10 am. The lady whom I spoke with indicated that my order would arrive in 30 minutes. After an hour had passed (because I actually believed 30 minutes was unrealistic) I called the restaurant again to confirm the whereabouts of my order. I spoke with a young man who indicated that the driver had already left. After another 30 minutes, I received a phone call from the driver. My workplace is a very large building, so it took a few minutes for me to get to the front lobby. When I arrived, the driver asked me to sign the receipt and promptly replied that they would no longer be able to deliver to me because I was "one mile out of the delivery zone". I replied, "That's odd because nobody told me that when I ordered on Friday and no one has ever told any of my coworkers that when they have ordered in the past". As I was walking back to my office area, the receptionist asked me what restaurant this was because he was very rude to her and when she asked him if he would like her to page me over the intercom he refused. After all this, I get my order and prepare to eat my lunch and it is incorrect. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager. They said he was busy and that he would call me back. I waited a few minutes and did not receive a call back. I called again to ask to speak with the manager again and the lady indicated that he was still busy so I explained to her what had happened and she apologized and stated that they would issue me a refund (which does not resolve the issue of me having nothing to eat). I asked again to have the manager call me. I'm still waiting, and actually the last time I called, the restaurant sent my call to voicemail, which is the reason I am now writing this review. This is absolutely unacceptable. I will definitely communicate this information to my coworkers so that they also will no longer order from Falafels, whether it's from work, from home or pick up.
Food was good enough that I've gone back multiple times, and I love their mint tea in the wintertime. They have a rotating selection of deals depending on the time of day and day of the week, so it might be worth looking those up and planning your visit accordingly. Atmosphere has always been nice.

Burnt pita bread, everything is very overpriced, meat is bland and greasy, small portions, and you will be charged for absolutely every little thing. Service was terrible. Don't waste your time or money.
Went there couple of minutes ago and they said they do not allow dinning only carry out even though their hooked deal does not said that
My only warning is not to get the kosher hot dogs: you're apparently just getting Hebrew Nationals, which you can buy on your own for a lower price at the supermarket.
I really like their food, but recently they got more expensive. The servers are usually very friendly and helpful.
