Horrible! Hair in my breakfast platter and everyones food was cold. Love hardees but this is by far the worst 1 I've been too!!
I am only giving this rating 1 star, because I am forced to. I actually cannot believe the customer service that I received. I have never talked to someone so rude in my life. The General Manager Jessica was probably the reason the rest of her staff is so entirely rude. She was vulgar, sounded uneducated and extremely unprofessional and rude. Refused to give her name, had another one of her staff members talk with me, and allowed him to speak to me in a very uneducated, rude tone and cussed at me. I will never eat at this place. It is a shame that store hasn't stopped running. How could they possibly have customers with such rude, and unkind people working their. Customer service is #1... REMEMBER THAT!!!!!
Order from drivethru didnt recieve right food and other meal was incomplete.
One of the worst run restaurants in southern Indiana; you might as well just flush your money down the crapper to avoid the experience, taste, and future outcome of a meal from this place. ..
Food is good and all. It's just that they made our burgers very sloppy. I just went there recently, and I couldn't even eat my burger without one thing falling out of my burger.
