Service was quick and friendly, food was tasty! I always enjoy going to this Steak 'n Shake - never had a bad experience here.
It never seems to fail that they mess up an order in one way or another, they are impossibly slow and if the one manger is not there they are very unpleasant. This just started happening with in the past year or so. Which is sad because it use to a great place to go.
The wait time could be a little better, but all in all, the service is great. The production team is get meticulous and the servers help correct any mistakes as quickly as they can. Definitely the best steak n shake in the area.
After growing up with steak n shake and working for them for 4 years, I understood what made them different. Ever since the slogan "insight it must be right" is no longer used the cleanest is not a number one priority with steak n shake. Southern indiana steak n shakes bathrooms is some of worst I have ever seen. Grease coated walls and floors. Please take care and pride and keep steak n shake around.
Stop was a little Moody when talking over the intercom especially about be in like 2 minutes before 2 and if I decide to go ahead and let me have it for half price for my shake. Fries were really cold even though I sent in the parking lot ate them they were still cold to snot like I went home and they got cold. Besides that the food was really good and the shake had no Cherry which I'm allergic to thank goodness. Could work on having better quality making of the food and the food being warm and not just sitting getting cold that would be great.
