The website is awful and ordering is full of bugs. We finally get the order placed and eta for delivery was 59 minutes. So far, OK. But after 1 hour and 25 minutes they called to say that the restaurant was out of one of the items we ordered and wanted to know what we wanted to replace it. So we were supposed to go back to their clunky website and figure out another item. This would then result in probably another hour or so wait for our food.
i just hate how they charge a $3.99 delivery fee, then you have to tip, then there's a processing fee, AND the menu items are all higher than at the actual restaurant. i looked at their website, called friday's, asked how much my favorite dish actually cost, then called this company to ask why it was $3 more on their website. they had basically no answer then the very next day, the menu price on their site for that exact dish was magically what i told them it should be. SKETCH.
Took my money, never delivered the food, and wouldn't offer a refund.
If you are already hungry, you have waited way too late to use this service.
I then did what I should have done in the first place, called the restauraunt directly to place the order, then went and picked it up myself. Immensely faster and better.
If you just want food to show up whenever, and you absolutely hate going out to get it, then this may work for you as the one redeeming thing about this service is that they cover many of the interesting restaurants in town.
