From helping me to get an idea of what I like (and I tried on each style at least 3 times and the material : ball-gown, a-line, mermaid, trumpet/lace, satin, corset, zip-up, sleeves, sleeveless, strapless etc.) to running back and forth to different racks throughout the showroom floor to give me different and beautiful options that were what I wanted! THEY LISTEN AND KNOW YOU HAVE EXPECTATIONS THAT NEED TO BE MET, which as anyone who is trying to plan a big event such as a wedding knows finding people like this is a miracle in itself. Without ever a complaint the MANAGER helped me gently put on each and every dress of my own choosing and gave me options of her assumption from what i told her i was interested in. She was so nice, happy, and she never pushed me to try on anything I didn't want to. She gave me all the straight answers to any and all of my questions. No sales pitch or bs. On top of it all, I had my mother and my 14 month old son with me and he was getting antsy so I actually didn't find my dress but i will be going back there to make my dress purchase! Because of the experience at this store and the service/advice Sharon (manager) and other staff offered, I am now truly more excited than stressed about MY wedding. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for formal wear/special occasion apparel.
I was helped by Alex. She was extremely helpful and conscious of my budget and what I wanted for my work holiday party. As a plus size woman, it's hard to find dresses that are flattering, and she helped me find the perfect one for a great price. Highly recommend! Ask for Alex!
The lady we worked with on December 3rd 2017 was so patient and sweet. I'm MOH (was running a bit behind and the consultant never got mad). the bride never got annoyed with her and spoke very highly of her as we all did. Very honest and down to earth, gave us lots of dress options and stay as close to our budget as possible. We'd recommend her 100x over and over. Just can't remember her name): Alex I believe was her name... maybe... short blondish hair.
I went in to find a bridesmaid dress for my moms wedding, and the ladies were very helpful. Alex, our sales assistant, was listening to everything we were saying and in the colors we wanted. After 3 tries we found the perfect dress on the 4 try! Alex was even able to get a rhinestone belt to match it and I’m in love. Highly recommend these ladies!!!
I went into David's Bridal today to just get an idea of what kind of dress I would want for my upcoming wedding. I was greeted by Emily and we went over what I was looking for and my budget and started to look at dresses. I only tried on three dresses because dress number two was the one! Emily was perfect! She seemed to know just what I wanted and helped make today so special for me. I was able to stay under budget, find the dress of my dreams, and get the perfect accessories without feeling pressured to buy a single thing! She helped me with EVERYTHING! Can't wait to go back and get my wedding party all dressed up.
